What types of flooring do you offer?

What care and cleaning do I need to do for my new flooring?
To avoid damaging the floor, here are general tips: vacuum often, don’t use water more than needed, and clean with approved products only. As for each flooring type, they are different in their care requirements? But tips can be; vacuuming regularly, not to use water more than required, and using the approved cleaner as mentioned by the manufacturer.
Can you get flooring without using your fitting service?
Absolutely! You can buy any of our flooring products for supply only if you want to arrange your fitting yourself.
Do you offer warranties on your products?
Yes! All our flooring comes with manufacturer warranties, covering aspects such as wear, stain resistance, and durability.
How long should my flooring be expected to arrive?
We will always give you an estimated timeframe of when your product will be delivered depending on the product and supplier you order.
Which payment options do you accept?
What are the payment options? We accept credit/debit cards and bank transfers and there is a minimum 50% order deposit. It is mandatory to make full payment before the fitting can begin.
Is your flooring suitable for pets?
Yes! We offer many of our flooring options as Luxury Vinyl Tiles (LVT) and high-quality carpets, all of which are scratch resistant and very easy to clean, perfect for the home with pets. If your looking for some help choosing the best pet friendly flooring, our team would be happy to advise!
